A portal that shows you where things stand

Every Ledgehaven client gets a secure portal. Upload statements and receipts, check the status of this month's close, view invoices, message your bookkeeper, keep your customer and vendor contacts in a simple CRM, and send us change requests.

Open the client portal
  1. Connect your accounts. Link your bank and card accounts securely, or upload statements.
  2. We categorize and reconcile. Rules handle the routine items and a person reviews the rest.
  3. Review and approve. Answer a few questions in the portal when something is unclear.
  4. Close and report. Your month is locked and your reports and worksheets are ready.

Built on careful principles

Ledgehaven never holds your money. Card and ACH payments settle in your own Stripe account, and payroll funds will move through a licensed payroll partner.

We show our work. Every tax worksheet line shows the rule behind it, and you or your tax professional review and file. We don't give tax advice, and we don't call our reports audited or reviewed.
